HP - Project Builder Link in citizenscience.ch

(this is high priority because we need to free the space in the landing page image to publicise the CS conference ...)

The PB should be linked in two places:

1. create a teaser similar to the ones for the other projects, based on the image used currently in the main banner, and position it in first position under it.

2. n the menu "YOUR PROJECT" put the link to "Project Builder" as second link (below Overview)
