There is a Bug witth the Citizens Plugin and VanishNoPacket.
They cant work on the Same time...
If i vanished with VanishNoPacket The Npc is going vanished too..
Server Version: 1.3.1
VanishNoPacket version: Latest version
Citizens Version: Latest Version
