As a user I will see a failure message in red if the information I entered is not verified via an API call.

  • Access Boston with Logo at the top of the screen

  • The user sees the Identity Verification Process Header

  • The user sees a failure Message in red indicating the verification process was not successful

  • The user sees instructions for both Employees and Sponsored account on what their next steps should be

  • The user sees a blue Restart Verification button, when clicked will take them back to the first step in the process
