Export Tx List - Does not export over 3947 Transactions

Using NEON v2.12.4
The transaction count in my wallet is 5000+
When attempting to export all the transactions using NEON, i cannot export more than 3,947 of them. This has been tested multiple times and each time the CSV file output will not exceed 3,947 lines.

Update: I've retested after upgrading NEON to v2.14.1 - the problem still persists. Max size is 3947 tx
