Bronze Pickaxe Mold Broken

Hi, I had logged onto the official Civ13 server for nomads.
I made a kiln, smelted the ores and got Bronze.
I made a mold, and fired it, then filled with Bronze.
Adding a stick did not yield a pickaxe, instead when inspecting the mold it says it was unfired.
Refired the mold, did not work and removed the bronze, I made a new one, happened again.
