Idea summary
Make sure contributors know to claim issues before opening a pull request.
Further details
We have received several pull requests that were related to unclaimed issues. This has led to some confusion regarding which issues had been claimed, where multiple people wanted to work on the same task.
Task
- make it clear to new contributors that they should claim a related issue before opening a pull request
