High-altitude airports not being detected

For some reason, StableApproach does not generate a report at some airports.
The airport is not shown in the DEBUG window, either.
Needs further investigation. MIGHT have to do something with very high airport elevations

Apparently it's happening when airport elevation is >10000ft
Still need to figure out why this is happening
