Fan Control Wrappers

Hi,

I noticed there are no wrappers for the fan control bindings, particularly:

nvmlDeviceSetFanSpeed_v2
nvmlDeviceSetDefaultFanSpeed_v2

Would this be a possibility to add these?
Anything I can do to help?

I am actively using these changes and they are working perfectly to control my fans in Linux/Wayland.
