Moderation Feature: Adjust Mute Duration

The title pretty much says it all. It would be nice to be able to adjust a user's mute duration (namely, take time off their mute) without having to unmute and then mute them. This could be in Discord or on ClemBot's dashboard

This shouldn't be a difficult addition, however i think the plan is to switch to discord timeouts which would fix a lot of the ux issues
