This FoundryVTT module introduces a simple and automatic applied penalty die to certain rolls for the system dnd5e, following the specificed Exhaustion Rules.
At each level of exhaustion you gain a penalty die size. Any time you make an ability check, saving throw, or attack roll, you subtract your penalty die value from your total. Penalty die replace the one from the previous level.

Simple Penalty Die can be installed by placing the manifest link below directly into the Module Installer in your Foundry server 'Configuration and Setup' tab
or by searching for the module listed in the same Module Installer. More information can be found on FoundryVTT's Module Management page. (When its actually published I just put this as placeholder text and then forgot I made this public)
