Summary
We need both a codeblock and a codeInline component for displaying code throughout the UI. Independent of the overall theme, codeblocks will have a LightMode and a DarkMode, there should also be a prop to hide the line numbers. Note that the text colour for the codeblocks is just the base, we should be using highlight.js or something to ensure we've got the correct syntax highlighting.
codeInline is a simpler component was should respond to the overall theme.

Received additional request for horizontal scrolling. Will update design accordingly.
