Hi, we're running genmod version 2.0.11

In the result output although "AR_comp" is annotated there aren't any compounds written to the VCF-file. I thought this was an issue in a previous version of genmod that was resolved, perhaps not?

I can send the vcf-files if you want to have a look

I've copied the files now and if you are part of group "cust003" you should have read and write access!
