Describe the bug
When launching the app, the locale storage is read and stored in Redux using redux-persist library. It checks the data and redirect the user if he already has trackers in it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch the app with trackers previously created.

You are not redirected to the trackers page + the data are not checked.

Expected behavior
Data should be checked and redirection should occured.
