Incorrect table in documentation

The docs are referring to some outdated provider fields which I've fixed along with this PR: https://github.com/CloudVE/cloudbridge/pull/192/files#diff-17df5cf15b73a2c0d9db693e3f890efbR89

However, if we don't go ahead with that, we should manually patch just that bit into the docs.
