修正启动部署中引用路径后 #3
发现依然缺少如下配置档或脚本：
- component/grafana/conf/defaults.ini
- component/tengine/conf/vhost/omp.conf
- component/tengine/conf/nginx.conf
- component/prometheus/conf/prometheus.yml
- component/grafana/scripts/grafana
