Take user to service home for Unsupported service

If a service is not supported, take the user to the dashboard of the service.
For Example: if console link for EC2 instance ARNs, is not support, user should be taken to the EC2 dashboard at the minimum.

For AWS, it's supported now via https://github.com/Cloudanix/cloud-console-links/releases/tag/1.0.18
