Describe the bug
Wrong comments in generated OSCOGenOD.c. If an index has several subindexes, the comment is the subindex's name. The index name should appear too.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Generate C code with an OD that has at least one index containing several subindexes.
