Selecting unicode characters does not highlight correctly

reproduce:
- start-> run "control intl.cpl" -> administrative
- now reboot (the windows system UI language will not be changed , just the text display of programs that do not support Unicode

all should work now in v1.0.33 , please let me know if something is still not working
