  1) snapshot synchronized
       Get the transfer block by timestamp:
     AssertionError: expected null not to be null
      at Context.<anonymous> (test/snapshot.spec.ts:89:26)
      at Generator.next (<anonymous>)
      at fulfilled (test/snapshot.spec.ts:4:58)
