Doesn't work properly in Tablet Mode in Windows 10, always open UI on the dimmed desktop wallpaper and minimize VS window

Thanks for reporting. This happened because Tablet Mode forces windows to maximize, and TouchVS was never explicitly forbidden from maximizing.
