Nav bar styling different when logged out

Description
There is unnecessary top spacing in the nav bar on mobile that should be removed. (However, the logo and navigation bar on desktop/tablet screens are meant to have differences between the logged out and logged in versions.)

Ask / To Do
Adjust the margin on mobile screens to remove extra space in logged out mobile views.
To Do
- Adjust nav bar top margin on mobile screens
- Leave nav bar top margin and image sizes the same on desktop/tablet screens

Use Foundation 4 standards and classes for media queries, etc: http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/v/4.3.2/
Also, the desktop and tablet versions of the site are meant to have a difference in margin and logo sizing, so please do not change that.
