[bug] PasteMyst does not run/build on Windows

When running dub run, it throws this error:

the csprng update has fixed this (#354)

another issue is that the lib for encryption https://github.com/technion/libscrypt might not be able to build on windows.

for now i just suggest either running this in WSL or in a VM.
