Items in non-bank inventories not being unlocked

I just got this plugin and was able to get what I'm wearing and bank unlocked. But I went to my PoH and opened everything, but nothing there unlocked. Are the PoH inventories not in scope? Do I need to take things out one by one to unlock them from my inventory?

To go a step further, what about items in the collection log? As a main, I could've unlocked something and sold it before I got the plugin.
