AS A PD Volunteer
I WANT the prep field not to be mandatory
SO THAT if there is no prep needed, I do not have to have a "not applicable" in it.
Acceptance criteria
Scenario: prep work is not mandatory
GIVEN that I am creating a new block on the PD CMS
WHEN I leave the prep work box blank
THEN I can submit the block
