HMRC account want to run a cohort in a village of over 55s. The demographic we target will be over 65.
Dates: 27th June, 4th and 11th July
Need to consider potential amendments to the curicculum- namely jobs- as it will not be relevant to the participants.
Try to use previous Telford volunteers to reduce the onboarding and training times
Capgemini supply volunteers and we will use the community centre in the village.
Jo confirm times as community may have other commitments (looking after grandkids)
Jo check if Fleur is happy to be poor of contact and can circulate the marketing material. If so intro to CYF

- Create SOW
- Confirm volunteers
- Set up intro to Fleur
- CYF create and share marketing material
- Set up onboarding and training of volunteers
- Review the content to suggest updates (including assignments)
