Acceptance criteria
- Devise a set of minimal feedback guidelines for obtaining feedback for a particular problem-loading session
- Model some examples strategies for collecting good feedback in these sessions
- Explain and justify the utility of these feedback guidelines
Mechanisms for collecting feedback will differ considerably according to the format of the session. With a large audience, it will be based on the level of AMA participation feedback. These guidelines are obvious but the quality and richness of the feedback will be weak. For a smaller group, you can collect much richer feedback - so it will useful to have clearer guidelines and more useful examples.
