  1. I dont want to be running it as npm module.

  2. I was able to simply run it with:

node bin/codebox.js

So that i can deploy it in the cloud easier.

  1. How do i add users and get past that login screen if its hosted in a linux box in the cloud?

https://github.com/CodeboxIDE/codebox/blob/master/bin/codebox.js It tells you. It takes arguments for username:password list
