Current behavior

There is currently no dedicated dashboard page for buildings under each property.

Suggested solution

Create a buildings page dashboard that users access after selecting a property. This dashboard should display the buildings associated with the selected property and provide various analytics.

Buildings Page Dashboard Specifications

1. Navigation

   • Users first select a property.
   • Upon selection, users are directed to the buildings dashboard page for the selected property.

2. Buildings List

   • Display a list of buildings associated with the selected property.
   • Each building should be selectable to view more detailed information.

3. Analytics and Metrics

   • Building Occupancy: Display the occupancy rate for each building.
   • Tenant Distribution: Pie chart or bar chart showing the distribution of tenants across different buildings.
   • Maintenance Requests: Number of open and closed maintenance requests for each building.
   • Revenue by Building: Revenue generated by each building.
   • Lease Expiry: List or chart showing upcoming lease expiries for tenants in each building.
   • Energy Consumption: Graph showing energy consumption over time for each building.

4. Filters and Controls

   • Date Range Picker: Allow users to filter analytics based on a specific date range.
   • Building Type Filter: Filter buildings by type (e.g., residential, commercial).
   • Occupancy Status Filter: Filter buildings based on occupancy status (e.g., fully occupied, partially occupied, vacant).
