If you put a bootstrap Tooltip or Popover in the theme, the text doesn't apear.
The javascript is executed, so i think is just a CSS config missing.

This bug seems to be from wordpress. Maybe some protection from executing js.
It's prossile executing with plugins that allow javascript.
I'm going to close this issue, because there's no way to fix it, just if wordpress allow.
