What is the bug about?
"apply image" creates empty file
How does it happen?
I made many changes to the image and then applyed changes, maybe we have to commit them before?
Expected behavior
apply image should be greyed out if we have to do actions before clicking it, and it should never create an empty file

using nightly installer with latest windows iso

I'm stupid, apply image puts everything in the selected folder
