What happened?
Issue when running python -m pip install -U Red-Dashboard
Error:
note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
ERROR: Failed building wheel for python-Levenshtein
Running setup.py clean for python-Levenshtein
Failed to build python-Levenshtein

What is your bot/webserver running on?
- Operating system: Windows 10,11 and server 2012 as well as ubuntu lts
- Python version: python 3.9.13
- Dashboard webserver version: Latest version
- Dashboard cog version: Latest version
What are you having issues on?
- Operating system: OS is fine
- Browser: Operating fine
