release to support httpx `0.20.x`

Hi all, Thanks for the great library; httpx released 0.20 yesterday I believe, if pytest-httpx could support that it would be great for those of us using both of these libraries; Happy to take a look myself - would it also be possible to have the hacktoberfest topic added to the repository? :)

Hello and thanks for the heads up. I apologize for not responding earlier (I updated my notifications preferences and did not get the notification for the release of httpx :/).

Thanks for the kind words @symonk , can you elaborate on Hacktoberfest? What does it require?

thanks @Colin-b , yes I was just working through my Hacktoberfest contributions (https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/) and in order for pull requests to be tracked, the repository must have the hacktoberfest topic to be eligible. It's no problem now that this is sorted; was trying to do two birds with one stone so speak :)
