Implement a sort of XP system

"anyways... to the point, would it be possible to implement some sort of restriction to these seeds, lets say something like a "farming level requirement? you have to be at the right "know how" to be able to plant them and you can then start off with many basic plant seeds... like potatoes and carrots...slowly moving onto the more unknown and mundane alien species of plants as your knowledge improves from farming + cooking? (you can also sell skill-books to level up but make them expensive???...but also get certain amounts of exp for "watering, planting,tilling, and harvesting + cooking + a multiplier for different grades of tools (like a copper hoe would give a low 10 exp while a golden hoe would give like 60 exp per action????)
just an idea and i always love this mod so i always write my stuff down for you to think about :) hell maybe you already thought about this and thought "whoa that's too much work or not even possible" ...probably true too, it would be hard to get this to work at all right?" - STRIKER
