Some ingredients appear on unusual tabs in the inventory

Sugarcane stalk goes to the general items tab. Pumpkins go to the objects tab. The latter I can understand since the pumpkins can actually be placed as objects, but sugarcane seems just weird.

Which tab do you think it is better suited under?

My strongest association for it is cooking, so the food tab would be the right place. It does have some other uses and lists itself as "crafting material" under the name, so the materials tab is another possibility.

Bamboo stalk too. It says it's used for crafting (though for some reason bamboo blocks do not seem to be crafted using bamboo stalks), it says "crafting material" under the name, so it would make sense to put it in the crafting materials tab.
