Missing general navigational links

At the current, there are no links you can use to go to the Dashboard or back from any page.
There should be some sort of navbar containing the most important links at the top or bottom on every page.

Additionally to the sidebar, the main ZNEWS logo should be clickable and redirect to the main page.
