Currently, the JAR distribution of ZNews does not generate the required StaticWeb folder and its contents.
This, of course, must be fixed.
In addition to the JAR distribution which will contain and automatically unpack StaticWeb, we might distribute another, light-weight JAR which does not contain StaticWeb.
