Feature - Contractor/Intern onboarding in portal

Since ColoredCow is on a path to scale, building processes and systems are required to grow faster. Currently, most of the daily routine tasks are managed manually, making it difficult for people to get enough time to invest on the areas which are required for growth.

For this, we are trying to automate such processes and tasks through Portal. One such task is employee onboarding and appraisal where sending onboarding letters, and salary calculations are required. In Portal, we have automated one part of it where we can provide appraisal to existing employees. Now, we are trying to automate the process of onboarding any contractor or intern as an employee in the organization or giving increments to a contractor or intern.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to how we send appraisal letters to employees, we will have a functionality to send increment or onboarding letters to contractors or interns.

Additional context
We will also provide a view where we can see all the increment or onboarding history of an employee.
