New changes for CV layout

We need these changes:

1. Sample structure also in ChemSpectra like it’s already done in the other Layouts.
2. Physical Units shown for the values inside the “Voltammetry Data table”:

• x in V
• y*1000 in mA (are calculations possible here?)
• I_lambda,0 *1000 also in mA
• I ratio has no unit
• DeltaEp * 1000 in mV

4. Reducing the number length / digits shown inside the “Voltammetry Data table” to 3 significant digits only. And 3 are enough if the “times 1000” calculation from above will work.
5. Referencing of one peak pair to zero and other values are shifting with this correction value
