There is a Target goal... add that into the 100% thing, and then max goal... 100% makes me think its full

I thought this was in the figma...

But there are 3 goals

1 Min Goal
2 Target Goal
3 Max Goal

Once we hit each goal we should reset the % so we are still making progress
