Improved templates

• use improved templates stored inside Obsidian, instead of on the Readwise website
• Readwise limits you to using one template for all categories of notes, forcing you to use several if functions to make different categories
  • instead, I want to add a plugin-native function to separate the notes into different categories, allowing the user to assign one unique template per category type
