Preserve spacing on `cfg mark`

Currently, the output of cfg mark lacks a newline on output, and it looks kinda weird. Furthermore, the output isn't particularly descriptive-- for example:

drake@element:~/workspace/test_base_2$ cfg mark -t test_template_2 ~/workspace/test_base_2/test_2.json 
[/home/drake/workspace/test_base_2/test_2.json]drake@element:~/workspace/test_base_2$
