add EGU 2020, 2021, ...

@milankl just asking before I duplicate work. Did you already import somewhere EGU2020 or 2021 participant data?
otherwise I copy this into a csv data sheet now: https://www.egu.eu/meetings/general-assembly/meetings/participants-2020/

I also made a post on twitter tagging EGU in hope they will separate between on side and remote registration for the 2022 meeting.
