Rail emissions seem a bit inconsistent

Hi Milan,
first of all: Cool stuff!
I had a quick look at the data in the excel table and was a bit irritated by the CO2 emissions for rail (tCO2e Rail) in Europe, e.g. Manchester with less emissions than London or Amstersterdam with less emissions than Cologne.... Maybe I have understood something wrong or it might be worth checking the data there...

Oh stupid me, that is the total emissions, my bad...

Yes, and "Rail" just refers to the "every journey <1500km is rail"-scenario. For a country like China the emissions remain the same in the "Realistic" or in the "Rail" scenario.
