Switching to "Control" tab instantly displays cursor on Netcast TVs

Launch netflix and watch a move. Switch to the "Control" tab in the sampler app - notice the mouse appears on the tv and the playback bar is visible. I think we are firing some command by accident.

Long story short, this is expected behavior. I will add some logic to the Sampler app at some point to alleviate this, but it is not a bug.
