[BUG] Visual bugs with regions introduced in 2023-07-26-rev215

Bug description

Various visual issues with some of the new regions introduced in the Desert Treasure II update (rev215) such as missing textures, mismatched textures, incorrectly coloured faces,. These visual bugs are also exported.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Copy region id/radius from current behavior section.
  2. Compare to the intended look, notice differences.

The current behavior

All example screenshots use osrs.world as the "intended" view on the right, and the environment exporter screenshots on the left. (There may be more examples, but this is all I've seen personally so far.)
