Enhanced Trailing Stop Losses

There is good reason to think that with a trailing stop loss, with flexible parameters, that we could significantly improve settings with this update to the MOAT.

The request is that there would be 3 inputs (both on the long side and the short side separately): 1) original SL %, 2) Trailing SL %, 3) % into profit for trailing SL to activate.
