New plants & roofs for phil

Regarding plants:

• dog's mercury - normal dechoppy model
• orpine - normal dechoppy model
• deergrass - maybe the bush dechoppy model? Like what's used for the berry bushes
• common meadow grass - biome colouring w/ normal dechoppy model
• Green meadow fescue - stackable dechoppy model, 32x
• lobelia - normal dechoppy model
• marigold - normal dechoppy model
• Marsh ragwort - 64x64 dechoppy plantmodel like you did with the wood rush
• niphredil - normal dechoppy model
• meadow saffron - normal dechoppy model
• iris - 64x64 dechoppy plantmodel like w/ woodrush. Maybe try some rotated planes but not mandatory tbh

Regarding roofs:
pink beavertail roof tiles, brown beavertail rooftiles, & orange beavertail rooftiles all should be a 2x2 repeat CTM. give them the normal variants the other rooftiles have.
