Hello,

I want to create a pull request for these 3 additions:

ETHLend platform, decentralized lending marketplace - https://ethlend.io/
Aave Pay Service to pay in fiat with cryptocurrencies - https://pay.aave.com/
Aave SDK Tools to integrate Aave services - https://github.com/aave/aave-js

I have created the branch but I dont have permissons to publish the pull request
