My opinion slider clobbered by previous proposal

How to replicate bug:
- I go to http://us.chlk.it/notifications_ready?results=true
- I click on the next proposal
Problem: my slider is now set to the position it was at on the previous proposal. In fact, I have no opinion on this proposal, but it says that my slider is over on the right, cause there's where it was on on the previous proposal.
