Test brute force integration of PSD on nonperiodic data

1. create large topography
2. create a container with nonperiodic topographies and linescans as subsections from large topography
3. check that scalar parameters computed by container.integrate_psd are consistent with the values obained directly from the large topography.

We can also start by doing the exercize first on a profile (less data heavy).
